Ms. Kramer serves as a Managing Director and is a member of the operations team providing C-level expertise to the portfolio companies acquired. Ms. Kramer brings to the firm over 25 years of senior accounting and finance experience working with companies in various stages of development, from early stage start up through late stage restructuring. Ms. Kramer’s industry experience includes real estate, telecommunications, logistics, manufacturing and retail. Prior to joining KJM Capital, Ms. Kramer served as Chief Financial Officer of several private equity backed companies including Data2Logistics, Americatel, Startec Global, Everything But Water and Supra Telecom. Over the years Ms. Kramer has worked with portfolio companies of leading private equity firms including Platinum Equity, Bear Stearns, HIG Capital, M/C Partners, Columbia Capital and Centennial Ventures. Ms. Kramer holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s of Science degree with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Arkansas. Ms. Kramer is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
