Keith Koeneman started his career in 1990 at Kidder, Peabody & Co. and his professional experience spans private equity, investment banking and corporate law. He has invested in, advised on or negotiated more than 30 transactions ranging from $6 million to over $1 billion, including private equity, mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, recapitalizations, demutualizations and strategic alliances. He has significant experience both with publicly-traded companies and private, middle-market businesses. Keith's transactional experience encompasses a wide range of industries, including business services, healthcare, consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, technology and education & training.
