Bio

Hee-Dong is one of the Managing Partners of Kingsley. Prior to Kingsley, Hee-Dong worked at Invision Private Equity, where he led transactions across Europe. Hee-Dong previously worked at the Boston Consulting Group and in 2004 became Head of M&A at private equity-financed operator of acute care hospitals and care homes AMEOS AG, growing the business to over €250 million in revenues through multiple acquisitions. It was this experience that led him to found Kingsley, focusing on the opportunity to work across a variety of sectors, with vibrant and thoughtful teams. Hee-Dong is married with two boys. He enjoys jazz, classical music and photography, and spends his spare time travelling with his family.
