William, more notably known as Fitz, joined Kilmer Capital Partners in May 2001 and has over twelve years of private equity and investment banking experience. In addition to sourcing, evaluating, structuring and executing transactions, William has worked closely with portfolio management teams in analyzing and unlocking potential in operations. Prior to joining Kilmer, William worked at NewPoint Capital Partners, a leading boutique mid-market investment bank focused on management buyouts, divestitures, acquisitions and re-financings. William holds an Honours B.B.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University.
