Bio

Andrew is responsible for the oversight and management of the finance, compliance, corporate governance activities. He also works to support deal execution. Andrew sits on the Board of Novation 2017 Limited, Potsdamer 2018 Limited, EANOS Investments S.à r.l. and is a member of the Firm's Investment Committee. He has over 30 years of experience, most recently as the CFO/COO of Karen Millen Group, a London based international fashion retailer operating in over 65 countries which he joined in 2013. Prior to this, he was a Partner at BDO where he spent 14 years. During his tenure at BDO he held a variety of corporate finance related management and leadership roles including the founding of the private equity advisory group, leadership of the London advisory business, head of London Corporate Finance, National Head of Corporate Finance, and Member of the International M&A team, in addition to providing strategic support to the BDO management board. He qualified as an ACA with Deloitte Haskins and Sells prior to its merger with Coopers & Lybrand (currently PricewaterhouseCoopers). Andrew received his BSc in Economics with honours from Swansea University.
