Bob Maruszewski is the cofounder of Key Bridge Partners and has over 25 years of operating experience in general management, marketing, and strategy, with half of his career spent in Europe. Previously, Mr. Maruszewski had a 14-year career at Emerson in four divisions ranging in size from $30M to $300M with responsibilities across five continents. Mr. Maruszewski ran two business units during his tenure at Emerson and focused on sales growth and profit improvement through rebuilding organizations and business systems, relocating businesses, and implementing sales and brand strategies. He was instrumental in two successful acquisitions and played key roles in post-acquisition strategy and integration. Mr. Maruszewski holds an MBA with honors from Georgetown University, a B.S. from the University of Dayton, and completed Oxford University's International Management Program, concentrating on private equity. He has had numerous industry articles published and was prominently featured in the Wall Street Journal's Marketplace on new product development. Mr. Maruszewski currently resides in Washington, DC. He has competed in triathlons and marathons and is an avid golfer.
