Michael founded his first business, the Atlanco Rimec Group ("ARG"), in 1994. Today ARG, which he still owns, has grown organically to be the European market leader in the delivery of niche turn-key labor solutions. In the mid-1990s, Michael began to invest in real estate and currently owns a significant private real estate portfolio as well as other various business interests.
