Bio

Harold Huber is a Kensington Managing Director and works out of Kensington’s Calgary Office. He has more than 30 years of experience in the acquisition and development of energy and infrastructure projects in North America. Prior to joining Kensington Mr. Huber practiced corporate law with a focus on projects in the power, oil & gas, and pipeline sectors. He also has a strong background in regulatory law in matters involving the National Energy Board and numerous provincial regulatory agencies. Mr Huber was previously a senior partner in the Infrastructure & Energy Group of Torys LLP a based in their Calgary office. Prior to that he was a senior partner in the energy group at McCarthy Tétrault LLP.
