Megan focuses on acquiring and supporting KCB Private Equity’s portfolio and has over 10 years of experience working with small to middle-market companies. Through an affiliate, Megan also focuses on the acquisition of real estate, and has collectively closed over 25 deals during her tenure with KCB. Megan serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Spiral Binding (the largest independent business-to-business supplier of document finishing and binding supplies and equipment in the U.S.) and Universal Men’s Clinic (a concierge based medical services provider to men). Prior to joining KCB, Megan was an associate at Grayhawk Capital, where she was responsible for acquisitions and portfolio management of early to growth stage technology companies. Megan earned a BS in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and holds a certificate in International Business.
