Bio

Rosco Doolin is a controller for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors where he is responsible for investment accounting, financial statement and audit preparation, and investor reporting for Kayne Anderson’s real estate debt funds. Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2021, Doolin was an associate vice president fund controller in the real estate equity group at Ares Management working on both value-add and opportunistic funds. Doolin previously held similar roles at CityView, a real estate private equity firm in Los Angeles and Persis Corporation, a family office in Honolulu overseeing financial reporting. Doolin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in finance and accounting from the University of Hawaii and is a Certified Public Accountant.
