Tomas is a member of Kartesia’s Investment Team, sourcing, executing and monitoring investments across Europe, with a specific focus on the Spanish market as well as special situations involving capital restructuring. When joining Kartesia in 2013, Tomas had over 3 years of experience in M&A, advising corporates and private equity clients. Before joining Kartesia, Tomas worked at DC Advisory (former Atlas Capital) where he began his career in 2011 as an analyst. Tomas was responsible for the preparation of bank presentations, information memorandum and financial modeling. He was also directly involved in the restructuring of three Spanish companies, which included the amend-to-extend of a syndicated loan, the sale of non-core assets and an operational restructuring. Tomas also worked as an intern at Deutsche Postbank, Deutsche Bank and Deloitte Corporate Finance.
