Ariane acts as Head of Human Resources at Kartesia. When Joining Kartesia in 2022, Ariane had 25 years of experience in Human Resources Management (she is mainly specialized in HR departments set-up as re-organisation, M&A, Industrial Relations as major HR Project Management). Prior to Kartesia, Ariane was the HR Director for Allianz Benelux. Her other previous experiences were mainly in the banking and insurances, Tech, Consultancy as Communication business. Always acting in roles heading Human Resources Management. Between 2005 and 2022, Ariane worked for ING, Fleishman-Hillard (part of the Omnicom Group), Econocom Benelux.
