Mr Alvarez de Toledo’s responsibilities include structuring, negotiating and executing micro cap buyouts and assisting with their management. Before joining JZ International’s Madrid office in 2017, Mr Alvarez de Toledo worked for seven years at Rothschild, based in London and Dubai, focusing on M&A transactions. Prior to this, Mr Alvarez de Toledo worked with Lehman Brothers and Macquarie Capital. Mr Alvarez de Toledo holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE E3).
