Mr Zaino’s responsibilities include structuring, negotiating and executing micro cap buyouts and assisting with their management. Before joining JZ International’s London office in 2015, Mr Zaino worked with Credit Suisse, a global investment bank in London, focusing on M&A transactions in the financial institutions and financial technology space in the EMEA region. In addition to this, Mr Zaino also worked with Merrill Lynch and HSBC in Milan and London, focusing on M&A transactions in various sectors worth a total of over $8 billion. Mr Zaino holds a BA in Economics and Finance from Bocconi University, Milan and a MA in International Finance from Brandeis University, Boston.
