Mr Green-Armytage has worked with Mr Jordan and Mr Zalaznick since 1986, when he was appointed as Chairman of MCIT and JZ Equity Partners, the predecessor to JZ Capital Partners. He remained Chairman until 2001 and a Non-Executive Director until 2008. Mr Green-Armytage co-founded JZ International in 1999 with Mr Jordan and Mr Zalaznick. Prior to that he was an Executive and later a Non-Executive Director of NM Rothschild & Sons Limited for 23 years; Chief Executive of The Guthrie Corporation plc between 1982 and 1988; Co Chairman and Chief Executive of Kelt Energy plc from 1990 to 1991; and Non-Executive Director, Chief Executive and Deputy Chairman of William Baird plc from 1992 to 1996. His Non-Executive experience also includes being a Director and later Chairman of Amec plc from 1996 to 2011; eight years with Norweb plc; seven years as Chairman of International Biotechnology Trust plc; and a range of other listed investment trusts and plantation companies. Mr Green-Armytage holds a BA in Economics from McGill University Montreal and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
