Mr Gasparini’s responsibilities include structuring, negotiating and executing micro cap buyouts and assisting with their management. Before joining JZ International’s London office in 2019, Mr Gasparini worked with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, focusing on equity and debt transactions for Eastern European banks. Prior to this, Mr Gasparini worked with Cohen S.A., a brokerage firm in Buenos Aires, as well as J.P. Morgan. Mr. Gasparini holds a Master in Finance from London Business School and a BA in Economics from the Universidad Catolica Argentina.
