As Transaction Partner at Jolt Capital, Eoghan Hickey is extensively involved across investments from origination through to structuring, negotiation, syndication, and execution. This includes participating in due diligence & leading various analyses across markets, segments & competitors to provide improved context for investment decisions. On the investment management side, Eoghan has also served on the boards of both Vectaury and 4JET. Prior to Jolt, Eoghan was a professional sportsperson (rugby) for over a decade, competing throughout Ireland, UK, Italy & France. Other experience during this time includes working with Island Renewable Energy. More recently, Eoghan has been a Guest Lecturer on the HEC Paris MBA program and also a member of the Supervisory Board of b-next. Eoghan graduated from HEC Paris with an MBA (specializing in Entrepreneurship & Finance), and also with Certificates in both Advanced Management and Mergers & Acquisitions. In addition, Eoghan also holds an MSc in Climate Change & Sustainability from Brunel University London, and both a BSc Statistics and a Business Diploma from University College Dublin.
