Bio

Mr. Stanek has been responsible for the operating leadership of privately-held businesses since 1996, with an emphasis on operational and financial restructuring, process improvement, and marketing strategy and growth. Mr. Stanek has been running portfolio companies on behalf of JMH Capital since 2009, and in addition to consulting roles with a variety of former portfolio investments, he currently serves as Chairman of Carlisle Wide Plank Floors. During JMH's ownership, Mr. Stanek served as the interim President and CFO of Parterre Flooring Systems, leading a period of transformative growth. Mr. Stanek holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology and is Licensed in the State of NY as a CPA. Mr. Stanek has served on numerous private company boards, including Carlisle, Berean, Mega Graphite, Gridway Energy, GPX, and Domain Home Fashions. Mr. Stanek is a member of the YPO.
