Juan H. Pujol is the founder and President of JHP Enterprises, LLC. In 2007 Mr. Pujol was Interim CEO of Michael Bianco, Inc., a Defense Contractor to the U.S. military with revenues of $45 million. Mr. Pujol restructured the company and sold it to Eagle Industries, Inc. Mr. Pujol for 2006 and 2007 also served as Managing Director of Scowal Investments Partnership, L.P., a private equity fund based in Dallas, Texas. From 1999 to 2003 Mr. Pujol was Chief Executive Officer of JHP Entertainment, Ltd., a media and entertainment company, he founded in April 1999 focused on creating content for the Latin market. From April 1998 through February 1999 Mr. Pujol served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Impact Holdings, Ltd. and J. Michael Bloom and Associates, Ltd., New York?s largest commercial talent agency. Mr. Pujol graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in Economic Geography, and from The Pennsylvania State University with a Masters in Business Administration in International Finance.
