Steven Paley is a Managing Director of JAL Equity, focusing on financial and operational analysis of acquisitions. Prior to JAL Equity, Steve spent 35+ years in senior financial and operational roles in middle market retail, service and distribution organizations within diverse industry sectors, domestically and internationally. Steve is a CPA and began his career with KPMG after graduating from Miami University (OH).
