As a Principal of Jacsten Holdings, Stephen is responsible for initiating investment opportunities and participating in the team’s due diligence efforts. Stephen also plays an active role in structuring and negotiating all transactions. After an acquisition, Stephen is responsible for working closely with portfolio company management teams to develop and execute on a strategic plan to create shareholder value. Stephen is also an active participant on portfolio company Advisory Boards. Prior to joining Jacsten, Stephen worked in AT&T’s Corporate Development Group and at Dallas Venture Partners. Prior to receiving his MBA, Stephen worked at GE Healthcare in Milwaukee as a development engineer in the Magnetic Resonance business unit where he focused on the cooling systems for MRI scanners. Stephen earned his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA, with a focus in Finance, from Southern Methodist University.
