Andreas Tolpeit, born in Italy, joined Jacobs Holding AG in 2015 as Investment Manager and was appointed Head of Investments in 2017. In this capacity, Andreas and team source and evaluate new direct investment opportunities, execute investment transactions and support portfolio companies throughout the investment cycle. Prior to joining Jacobs Holding AG, Andreas worked at Rothschild in the German investment banking team. He was a member of the financial sponsors coverage team advising clients on the buy- and sell-side in M&A and capital market transactions gaining experience in the healthcare, automotive, consumer and industrials sectors. Andreas holds a Master’s degree with highest honors in Finance and Law from Bocconi University and also studied at ESADE and the University of Cambridge.
