Since joining J-STAR in 2007, Satoru Arakawa has been involved in origination, execution, and monitoring, and exiting. Mr. Arakawa's supervising investments include Sanwa Service, Echigoya, JVCC, Platia, Nurse Call, HCM, Taiheiyo Seiki, and TSS. Prior to joining J-STAR, Mr. Arakawa worked at the consulting department of NRI, where he proposed and provided support for business strategies, financial policies, business reorganization, group restructuring, and organization of business management systems for companies in the foodstuffs, logistics and services industries. He also provided suggestions and support for corporate restructuring, business reform and organizational reform. He was involved in transactions related to due diligence in buyout investments and provided proposals and support to improve corporate value strategies after investments Mr. Arakawa received a Master of Business Administration from Oxford University, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Tokyo.
