Bio

Paul has responsibility for deal origination, due diligence, underwriting, deal structuring and execution, and portfolio management. He currently serves as a board member or board observer for various Ironwood portfolio companies. He joined Ironwood Capital in 2012 from McKinsey & Company, where he consulted primarily on operations and supply chain management. Prior to graduate school, Paul was an engineer at General Motors and is a licensed professional engineer. Earlier in his career, Paul served for six years as a nuclear reactor operator in the U.S. Navy. Paul grew up in Webster, New York and currently lives in West Hartford with his wife Kelly and their three children. He spends his free time running, building science projects in his basement and trying to keep pace with three active kids. He graduated with honors from the University of Rochester and holds graduate engineering degrees from the University of Rochester and MIT as well as an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
