Salime is a Managing Director with Iron Point where his responsibilities include building out the managed account capability for the firm. In this capacity, Salime is involved in strategic program design and capital formation, originating and structuring investment opportunities, acquisition due diligence, transaction execution, capital raising, and investor relations. Prior to joining Iron Point, Salime was a Managing Director with Madison Marquette where he spearheaded a number of key initiatives, including building out strategic managed account mandates with foreign capital partners in various real estate sectors. Prior to that, Salime lived in Qatar and worked for affiliated entities of the sovereign wealth fund where he played a critical role in the acquisition and management of over $2 billion of real estate investments globally.
