Murray is Vice President, Head of ESG at Iron Point and serves on the ESG Committee. Murray joined Iron Point in 2021 and is responsible for leading ESG due diligence, ESG engagements with Iron Point investments, and ESG measurement and reporting. Prior to joining Iron Point, Murray was an attorney with the international law firms Howrey LLP, Hogan Lovells, and Winston & Strawn. As a member of the anti-trust practice groups at Howrey and Hogan Lovells, Murray’s efforts focused on regulatory investigations and complex litigation. While at Winston and Strawn, his efforts were focused on E-Discovery & Information Governance, white collar, and complex litigation. Murray has over 30 years of legal experience encompassing insurance defense, bankruptcy, antitrust, and litigation. In addition to his law firm experience, Murray has worked in Judicial Administration as a Chief Clerk of Court for the state of Connecticut Superior Court. In a volunteer capacity, Murray has served as the president of a local antipoverty Community Action Agency, administering Headstart, Meals-on-Wheels, and teen job training, recreation, and after school programs.
