Michelle is Vice President, Human Resources at Iron Point. Michelle joined Iron Point in 2022 and is actively involved in all human resource-related matters. Before joining Iron Point’s Dallas office, Michelle owned her own HR and bookkeeping firm, where she managed related operations for several businesses in the Dallas area. Before creating her own firm, she worked as a Business Operations Manager for a Dallas-based property tax consulting firm, handling HR, accounting, and payroll. Before this role, she managed a software development team for Associates First Capital. Michelle earned her SHRM-CP. Attended Oklahoma State University and completed a year-long Business Management Course at Southern Methodist University.
