Melissa is a Vice President at Iron Point and serves on the ESG Committee. Melissa joined Iron Point in 2014 and is actively involved in financial analysis, due diligence, transaction execution, and asset management activities related to new and existing investments. Prior to joining Iron Point, Melissa served as an Associate Director in the Commercial Mortgage group at Fitch Ratings. B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from Barnard College;
