Pete joined Iron Path Capital in December 2022. He previously worked at DaVita Kidney Care, where he held growth strategy and operational leadership roles, accountable for more than 25 outpatient dialysis facilities and multiple joint ventures. Before joining DaVita, Pete was a consultant with Bain and Company, where he supported engagements in portfolio growth strategy, post-merger integration, supply chain optimization, and salesforce transformation for clients in industrials, B2B distribution, and technology. Prior to business school, Pete held several operational management roles as a Counterintelligence / Human Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. Pete holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an M.B.A from Georgetown University.
