Martin Spirig joined INVISION in 2009. His investment interest are strong German SMEs with market leader positions in their respective fields. He is responsible for the investments in Kraft & Bauer and Schneider. He also looks after the investment in RSD. Furthermore, he was responsible for the investment in RSD (sold in 2016), in Boost (sold in 2015) and in Feintechnick (sold in 2014). Prior to INVISION Martin Spirig was a consultant at Bain & Company in Singapore with mandates throughout the entire South East Asia, Hong Kong and Australia. He was an advisor to global private equity firms and to Asian sovereign wealth funds, conducting commercial due diligence within transactions as well as developing corporate strategy for portfolio companies. He also supported corporate clients in post merger integration and market entry projects. His expertise spans across a number of industries, ranging from financial services, telecom and healthcare to retail, real estate and agriculture. Before Bain, Martin Spirig was an IT project manager at Migros where he managed numerous interdisciplinary projects in different areas such as marketing, human resource and supply chain. Martin Spirig holds an MBA from INSEAD and a doctorate of law from the University of St. Gallen.
