Alex Brennwald joined INVISION Private Equity AG in 2008. At INVISION, he focuses on the evaluation and execution of new investments and on operational value creation in the existing portfolio companies. Furthermore, Mr. Brennwald covers the education sector and is in charge of the development of the INVISION V investment in Vantage Education as well as the affiliated buy-and-build transactions. Prior to his private equity career, Mr. Brennwald worked as a manager in his family owned asset management company. He also conducted strategy as well as financial consulting projects throughout Europe and Asia. Alex Brennwald holds a Master’s degree from the University of St.Gallen (HSG) in Strategy and International Management and an MBA from Nanyang Business School in Singapore.
