Bio

Thomas Harrison has spent his 30-year career providing capital to the lower middle market. Prior to being an initial partner in Invision Capital I, LP, Mr. Harrison co-founded and managed Diamond Creek Capital, a commercial finance company specializing in providing creative financing solutions to underserved, lower-middle market businesses. Prior to Diamond Creek, Mr. Harrison was a Managing Director with Roth Capital Partners (“RCP”) where he co-managed RCP’s Debt Capital Markets / Private Placements Group. Prior to joining RCP, Mr. Harrison spent four years as a Senior Vice President specializing in loan originations with Wells Fargo Capital Finance, a leading commercial finance company with over $20 billion in loan commitments. Mr. Harrison also was a co-founder, along with Mr. Castillo, of the private equity division of FINOVA Capital’s Corporate Finance Equity Group, investing in private equity fund investments, direct equity investments and co-investments. During his career, Mr. Harrison has personally negotiated and closed over 250 leveraged transactions aggregating in excess of $3 billion in enterprise value. Mr. Harrison has been a frequent guest speaker and panel member at several industry conferences including the Association for Corporate Growth’s Annual Middle Market Conference – Mergers, Acquisitions and Finance, the Los Angeles Venture Association (LAVA) Annual Investment Capital Conference, as well as, the American Electronics Association (AEA) Regional Conference. Mr. Harrison received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Allegheny College in Pennsylvania and his MBA from Pepperdine University.
