Michael Psaras joined Invision Capital in 2022 and is responsible for all accounting processes, financial reporting, compliance, tax matters and cash management. Prior to joining Invision, Mr. Psaras was a senior manager at RSM US LLP in the asset management practice performing audits and advisory services for middle market companies. Prior to RSM, Mr. Psaras was the controller at OCA Ventures and was responsible for financial reporting, valuations, cash management and investor communications. Mr. Psaras holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
