Bio

Georg Knoflach is a Managing Director at Investcorp Technology Partners (ITP) and is based in London. He has led a number of transactions and currently serves on the boards of Calligo, Contentserv, eviivo, Rtekk and Veda. Past board positions include OpSec and softgarden (sold to Grupa Pracuj). Georg joined ITP from Silver Lake, where he was involved in the firm’s investments in NXP, Dell-EMC, and Cegid, among others. Prior to that, he was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch in Frankfurt. Georg holds an undergraduate degree in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University and a masters degree in International Business from HEC Paris.
