Bio

Mr. Anderson serves on the Board of Payment Alliance International and Independent Insurance Investments, and previously served on the Board of Kellstrom Industries. Since 2009, Mr. Anderson has worked extensively with Portfolio company management teams to effect both operational and financial changes. Previously, Mr. Anderson was a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Special Situations Group of American Capital, Ltd and a Managing Director of Questor Partners Fund. He received an MBA with High Distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a B.A. Degree in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University.
