Bio

Bob is the Executive Chairman of InterVest. Bob joined InterVest in 2000 and acted as CEO until 2022. Prior to joining InterVest, he was a partner of the international law firm of Baker & McKenzie and a partner of the New York law firm of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. His law practice specialized in international taxation, financial transactions and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and investments. Bob serves on the board of a number of companies that provide financing in a variety of industries including healthcare, real estate, consumer debt, and venture backed technology. He is also the author of numerous articles on international taxation. Bob received his Bachelor’s degree from Haverford College and his JD and LL.M. in Taxation from New York University Law School.
