Bio

Michael Gontar is the Chief Investment Officer of WCP. Prior to joining WCP, he was an Experienced Associate in the Transaction Services group of the international accounting firm KPMG LLP, specializing in private equity due diligence and financial transactions. Prior to KPMG LLP, Mr. Gontar was the President and Co-founder of a NY based real estate investment firm focused on residential properties in the NY region. Mr. Gontar was also the Vice President and co-founder of a nationwide wholesale company where he remains on the board of directors. Mr. Gontar is a graduate of the NYU Stern School of Business.
