Eric A. Gilchrest is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Integrita Capital Partners, LLC. Eric has over 20 years experience working as a principal, investor and officer with lower middle market companies. He is active in the search for, due diligence of, and management of portfolio companies. He also serves on the investment committee. Eric’s private equity experience also includes several years as a day-to-day CEO. Previously, Eric was a Managing Director of Ancor Capital Partners, a Principal at Satori Capital, Director of Corporate Development of Warwick Group, Inc., a middle market investment banking firm and an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. Eric has served on several boards of directors including FWT, Wellspring Pharmaceutical, West Window Corporation and Mayfair Window and Door Company. A non-practicing Certified Public Accountant, Eric has a BBA and MBA (Beta Gamma Sigma) from Baylor University. Eric has also been active in YPO/WPO for over twenty years and is currently a member of the Maverick (Dallas) and Fort Worth WPO Chapters.
