Bio

Tony Broglio is a founding Partner at Insignia Capital. He brings over 20 years of investment, strategic and operational experience across the business services, consumer and healthcare sectors to Insignia’s leadership team. Tony serves on the Boards of MediaAlpha, Netrush and WillowTree. Prior to co-founding Insignia in 2012, Tony was a Principal and member of the Executive Committee of Lake Capital, a Chicago-based private equity fund with over $1.3 billion under management. At Lake, Tony was responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, structuring and negotiating transactions and partnering with management teams to execute organic and acquisition-based growth strategies. During his more than nine years with Lake, Tony played a leading role in a number of the firm’s investments and served on the Boards of twelve portfolio companies. Prior to Lake, he spent five years in merchant and investment banking with two boutique firms executing mergers and acquisitions and private and public equity offerings across a number of industries. Tony received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A. with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
