Roland is a seasoned Talent & HR professional with over 20 years of experience working alongside startup and ScaleUp companies. In 2023, he joined Insight as Senior Vice President to establish and oversee the Talent COE in Europe. Roland works closely with our portfolio companies, helping them to plan, build and scale their teams to enter into new markets and geographies, capturing opportunity and accelerating value. Before joining Insight, Roland served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Tanium, a cybersecurity and systems management company. During his tenure, Roland was central to Tanium's growth from fewer than 300 employees to 2,300 employees. He played a pivotal role in leading the Talent Acquisition team, which expanded from a team of 5 to over 50 individuals. Under his guidance, Tanium successfully hired over 1,000 people a year.
