Richard is Vice President, Sales & Customer Success at Insight Partners where his work supports scaling our portfolio companies. Prior to joining Insight, Richard helped build and operationalize the business of Modern Sales Pros – the world’s largest revenue operations community. Throughout that time, he was exposed to the challenges faced and the opportunities present to the modern revenue leader. Before his time with Modern Sales Pros, Richard held sales engineering and later revenue leadership roles at Localytics & mParticle. And in the earliest days of his career he was a technical product manager at Microsoft, focused on all things infrastructure. Richard holds a BS from Northeastern University.
