Nonso joined Insight Partners in 2022 and serves as Insight’s Head of Engineering. Nonso has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry designing enterprise-wide digital solutions, driving digital transformation, and managing engineering teams. Prior to Insight, Nonso was a Managing Director and chief solutions architect for Digital Strategy in the Engineering Division at Goldman Sachs. He was responsible for delivering solutions and integrated infrastructure for governance mechanisms required to effectively support Goldman Sachs' digital strategy. He was also head of Engineering Partnerships at Goldman Sachs. Previously, he was an Executive Director in the Global Technology Division at JP Morgan. At Insight, Nonso’s mandate is to structure and empower the engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that continuously enrich the digital experience of the firm's limited partners and portfolio companies, that boost internal employee productivity and effectiveness, and that enable the firm’s business scale efficiently. Nonso earned a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Howard University in 2007 and an MBA, with concentrations in Finance and Management of Technology and Operations, from the Stern School of Business at New York University in 2011. Nonso has previously been active in the tech startup and venture capital ecosystem. He is passionate about helping founding teams succeed through capital investments and strategic advisory on their products, technology, and business models.
