Builder. Operator. Problem solver. I am most passionate about leading product and engineering teams to solve hard problems through new and existing technologies. I joined Insight in 2022, where I operate as a product and engineering leader to develop, build, and scale new products for customers such as portfolio companies, employees, and limited partners.Before Insight, I spent over 10 years at Amazon building and scaling products, technologies, and businesses across Prime, physical stores (Amazon Go, One, Whole Foods), and operations (Amazon Delivery Service Partner). I led global teams that disrupted the global last mile delivery space while simultaneously quadrupling their output, which is measured in new products, features, and country launches. I founded Amazon One, a palm-based biometric identity solution, to disrupt and improve the customer experience for payment and identity management, where I built the initial team and led product (hardware and software), business development, and monetization efforts. Prior to founding Amazon One, I led the Amazon Prime WW acquisition product and marketing teams responsible for driving paid member growth through a variety of content optimizations and new product launches, including sign-up pipelines and new benefit launches.I earned a BA in Economics from Tufts University in 2002 and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business in 2012.
