Janette joined Insight in 2022 as the Chief People Officer in Residence working in Insight Onsite’s Talent Center of Excellence where she helps our portfolio companies build world-class People organizations. Previously she was the CPO for an Insight company, Achieve3000 where she was responsible for human resource strategy and planning, staffing, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and corporate learning and development. In the decade prior to Achieve, she held many national and global positions spanning various industries predominantly focused on human capital. Janette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from West Virginia University. She also holds an SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute and a SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
