Bio

Charlotte joined Insight in 2023. Prior to Insight, Charlotte worked as a Senior Manager and Senior Director of Consulting Programs at Bain & Company in New York. At Bain, Charlotte focused on M&A, growth strategy, and operating model design for clients in healthcare and media. She then ran talent operations for several consulting programs in Bain’s New York office. Prior to Bain, Charlotte worked for J.Crew in e-commerce user experience and data analytics. Charlotte received a BA in Sociology from Carleton College and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Most of her time outside of work is spent with her husband and two daughters, exploring playgrounds, bakeries, and bookstores in Brooklyn.
