Bio

Charlene is a Executive Vice President on the Insight Onsite team. She first joined Insight in 2007, working with cross-functional teams at portfolio companies on various strategic and operational initiatives. Charlene left in 2010, rejoining in 2016, to work with portfolio companies on driving marketing performance and accelerating growth. During her time away from Insight, Charlene studied Chinese at Tsinghua University, pursued her MBA at Wharton, launched a children’s book site at Amazon/Quidsi, and led operations and growth at Locality, a startup in the local services space. Prior to Insight, Charlene was a strategy consultant with The Monitor Group, where she was a member of the innovations team. Charlene holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and the School of Engineering and Applied Science, where she was a member of the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology. She also received an MBA from Wharton, where she graduated with honors as a Palmer Scholar.
