Bryan Powell joined Insight in 2022 as an Operating Partner. Bryan focuses on helping portfolio companies effectively grow their business by hiring high-performing talent at scale, as well as optimizing their processes and practices to build more inclusive and engaged teams. He brings over 20 years of experience in the talent acquisition space, leveraging his expertise to assist organizations in accelerating marketing-driven talent acquisition strategies, talent management and people operations. Prior to joining Insight, Bryan was Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Twilio (TWLO), a data-driven customer engagement platform. Under his leadership, Twilio scaled its Talent Acquisition team from 20 to 350 individuals. He was also responsible for building out the global talent acquisition function resulting in a growth from 900 to 9000 employees in 4 years. Before Twilio, Bryan was the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at VMware (VMW), a leader in cloud-computing and virtualization technology. In this role he led all of global talent, scaling the team from 11,000 to over 20,000 employees during his tenure.
