Bio

Andrew Prodromos joined Insight in 2018 and is Insight’s Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Insight, Andrew was an associate for over five years in the Corporate & Financial Services department at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York. While at Willkie, Andrew focused primarily on private equity, M&A and complex insurance transactions. Andrew has a BA in Political Science and History from UCLA and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center. Andrew is a native of Northern California, and in his free time he enjoys camping and the outdoors, bike rides with his wife and daughter, and watching rugby.
