Andrew Korbel joined Insight in 2020 as a Vice President. He is the practice lead for the Product and Technology Center of Excellence within Onsite. He partners closely with portfolio company executives to accelerate growth and to create operational capabilities, specifically through lean and agile processes and data-driven strategies. Andrew specializes in Product and Engineering Operations processes and practices. Prior to joining Insight, Andrew was VP of Product Operations at Carbon Black, designing and building their product operations capabilities across multiple product lines. Prior to joining Carbon Black, he led the R&D Operations function for SignalFx to enable the organization to scale to meet the growing demands of the business and customers. Through his career, he has held various positions in B2B SaaS companies including being a Sr. Director of Software Engineering at CA Technologies where he led the build out of a big-data business system platform and a Sr. Director of Agile Program Management at Rally Software where he led the product and engineering operations functions. Andrew graduated from West Viriginia University with a degree in Geography. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors in Colorado, hiking, camping, and skiing.
