Alberto Padilla-Rivera joined Insight in 2019. Alberto helps C-level executives navigate the rapidly evolving technology landscape by understanding their digital ambitions and curating bespoke introductions to innovative solutions, seasoned entrepreneurs, and disruptive insights, while working in partnership with our investment team and Insight's portfolio companies. Prior to Insight, Alberto spent six years at Bain & Company and Monitor Deloitte advising private companies on business and customer strategy, operating model design, digital and agile transformation and performance improvement. He also spent significant time at Bain’s Private Equity practice, focused on commercial due-diligence and growth strategy. Alberto's main industry experience is in Energy (Oil & Gas and Renewables), Financial Services (Retail and Business Banking) and TMT (Telecom and Tech). Alberto lives in London; originally from Mexico, he grew up in Mexico and Canada with some stints living in France, Spain and Ireland. He graduated with honours from the University of Alberta, with a BCom in International Business & Finance, and received an MBA from London Business School in 2017.
